Privacy Policy

Summary

  • We do not sell data.
  • No ads. No third-party trackers.
  • Game Scores are uploaded to Apple Game Center if user is signed in from settings. See “Score Uploads and Controls.”

Data We Process

  1. Gameplay data (on device only): scores and high scores.
  2. Leaderboard data (shared with Apple): high score, Game Center display name, and Game Center player identifier.
  3. Diagnostics (optional via Apple): crash and performance data you choose to share with Apple. We do not receive your Apple ID or email.

Score Uploads and Controls

  • If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, the game automatically submits your score to the global leaderboard at the end of a run. There is no separate consent dialog inside the app.
  • This uses Apple’s platform services. Apple processes leaderboard data under Apple’s terms and Privacy Policy.
  • How to stop uploads:
    • In iOS: Settings → Game Center and sign out or disable Game Center for this device/app.
    • Removal of prior entries: email privacy at EyeOSStore dot com with your Game Center nickname, approximate score, and date. We will request removal from Apple where supported.

How We Use Data

  • Run core gameplay and save progress locally.
  • Rank scores globally via Game Center.
  • Improve stability using aggregate diagnostics, all on-device and anonymous.

Data Sharing

Apple Game Center receives leaderboard data. We do not share data with other third parties.

Retention

  • On-device gameplay data stays until you delete the app or reset progress.
  • Leaderboard entries are retained by Apple per their policies; removals are handled through Apple where available.

Your Rights

Where applicable: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawal of Apple-mediated sharing. Contact us at privacy at EyeOSStore dot com.

Security

We rely on device security and Apple platform protections. We do not store sensitive personal data on our servers.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted in-app and on this page. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
